This has got too be the rudest organization ever. I called for rent assistance for a client of mines and i said hello how are you ? and the lady went on to say what can i help you with. so i proceeded to ask for information about their rental assistance program she said what about it i said im just calling too get information about it. She did not give me any helpful information i asked to speak with someone over her and she stated she was the manager on duty she said her name was Kim. She is not customer friendly and needs too be fire.

This is the most disrespectful service I’ve ever encountered with. Each agent was very rude an non helpful they over talked me each time I couldn’t even get a word out or any helpful information

IAM homeless with my service dog and have been for 4 months and my bones are deteriorating and my muscles and if I don't get off the streets and in a home before too long I'm going to be crippled can you please help me with getting the trailer.
