Share Ourselves

Share Our Selves provides direct financial assistance that is available for basic necessities including rent, utilities and transportation. Volunteers interview those seeking financial assistance and in addition to the aid they provide, offer referrals to public and private agencies that may offer additional support.

    Need help with part of my rent .

    I'm two months behind on my rent of $1705 per month. I'm a painter and the covid virus has slowed business and when there is work, slow to pay. That along with some health issues has got me deep in debt. I have CalOptima which is kind of helping with the health, but I need help with my rent. I know I can't be evicted now, but I can see the manger doing it when the ban lifts.
