The Hamden Housing Authority (HHA) is governed by a five member Board of Commissioners.
The HHA operates 190 units of elderly/disabled housing; 30 units of congregate housing 4 units of affordable housing
HHA also administers a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program consisting of 305 vouchers; and is a subcontractor for the State of Connecticut, Department of Housing Programs- J.
D'Amelia & Associates, Section 8 housing Program and Rental Assistance Program (RAP).
