  I am a 70 year old Black female with a disability of MS (multiple sclerosis). I have a veteran tenant living in my house who has been unemployed since July 2020 when he first moved in. He owes me back rent of $1100 a month which now totals $6600. Can somebody please help me get some of my money before my forbearance is up in March and I will have to start paying back the money that I owe?
