The Jesse Tree Of Idaho - Rent Assistance

The Jesse Tree Of Idaho provides a safety net for extremely low to low income persons living in Ada County who are at risk of becoming homeless by providing one-time rent assistance and case management. As of October 2016, Jesse Tree expanded to Canyon County. Clients of our Emergency Rent and Mercy Assistance (ERMA) program are given strategies to develop a positive relationship with their landlords. They also provide referrals and opportunities to help them remain in their current home.

I was wondering how to get help from your rental assistant program? I'm recently a single mom due to my sons father getting sent to prison and without his help my income is significantly lower and my rent has also recently increased. I'm looking for a cheaper place to live but have a hard time getting accepted anywhere else. Any help is appreciated. Hilary 208-918-6953

Jesse Tree is amazing, My case manager was very helpful and understanding. He took the time to sit and talk to me as I was in tears and worried about losing the roof over my family's head. I'm a single mom and thanks to Jesse Tree I didn't lose my place of living. I'm very grateful and blessed to have an organization such as Jesse Tree.
