DuPage Community Development Commission - DU PAGE COUNTY provides program known as the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Relocation Program (HPRP), is distributed according to the formula used for the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) program. The recipient may provide rental assistance or services to eligible program participants who live or wish to live outside of their jurisdiction. They may also fund out-of-jurisdiction sub-brokers, out-of-jurisdiction sub-brokers, and multi-jurisdictional sub-brokers. Grantees can establish more stringent requirements, such as requiring HPRP funds to be spent within their jurisdiction or establishing residency requirements, but HUD has not established these requirements. The counties served: St. Claire's County.
