  I was laid-off my job due to corporate downsizing in the wake of Covid-19. I've been employed with the company 17 years, and will receive supplemental severance benefits for my years service. However, it will take at least 30 days before I receive my check. In the meantime, I've applied for unemployment insurance 8/1, with my application status still pending to date. With only 2 weeks left in the month, I won't have enough money in the bank to cover September's rent in the amount of $1,023. So, I'm in urgent need of "One Time" assistance covering next month's rent as I regain my financial stability. Thank you.
