Cooperative Christian Ministry offers Financial assistance clients are seen on a first come, first served basis and must be residents of Cabarrus County or live within the Kannapolis City limits. To see if you qualify for assistance, you must come to the CCM Crisis Center at 246 Country Club Drive, NE in Concord and speak to the Client Services Specialist at the intake window.
It is advisable that you bring: Your past due rent notice or past due utility bill Your picture ID Documents showing your current address Documents showing income and expenses for the current and previous month – i.e.
paystubs, receipts and bank statements
Please note that you must have exhausted all other available resources before you can be considered for assistance. The Crisis Center opens at 9:00 a.m.
