Hi, I lost my job last month and my exhusband still went through filed for child support and spousal support even though I lost my job. My unemployment check came and they deducted money from it. I do have my son with me 50% of the time but since I used to have a really good income the judge granted him with temporary spousal support and child support. I'm trying to modify the order but theyre taking so long and I can't even pay my rent or my bills. I feel desperate, I haven't been able to find a job yet.
