Ability to maintain stable housing in a short period of time.     At 50% of the Median Income Area:          Family of four $30,450 or less Family of two $24,350 or less  Individual $21,300     Renters residing in Evansville: Fits the federal definition of homeless (living on the streets, in an emergency shelter or leaving a transitional housing program)     Able to become stable in housing in a short time     With or below 50% of the district's median income: Family of four $30,450 or less         Family of two $24,350 or below Individual $21,300
