About First Presbyterian Church - Helping Hands Ministries

Helping Hand Ministry, an outreach of First Presbyterian Church , combines ministry and mission by offering short-term assistance to Tulsans in need. Launched under the supervision of the First Church Deacons over 30 years ago, the Helping Hand Ministry has evolved into an independent not for profit corporation. Five mornings a week, from 9 a.m. to noon, compassionate volunteers help individuals and families dealing with a temporary crisis by assisting in the payment of their utility bills, rent, or prescriptions and with the distribution of food from the pantry.

I have been without electricity for ,3 days now. And, I don't have the money t pay it. What is the procedure to get it back on? My rent is now 640.17. It has a late charge of 75 added t it. On Monday I will receive court papers to start eviction process. That adds 120 to the tent. What is the procedure on getting help paying rent,? Do I have to go to court on the day they assign? Do I have t wait to get help when I get A 3 day eviction t be out for help? I am currently unemployed. Have a part time job that starts in 2 weeks.

I need assistance with my City of Tulsa water bill to keep my water from being turned off on Thursday October 16, 2020; I am on Disability. I've had a bad more this month; actually starting in September when I started having problems with my truck. I'm an Electrical Contractor not a Mechanic, my truck got to where I could hear noises outside the truck. I took it home and parked the truck. September 2020 I do not remember the date but have it somewhere. I have a friend working it; when he is in town. He works out of state Monday through Friday.
