Getting help with rent, security deposits, utilities, etc. can make a difference in a crisis situation. Case managers also register individuals and families in the food larder, which gives them permanent access to a wide range of healthy food. As a result, people no longer have to worry about feeling "insecure" and can concentrate their resources on other bills, such as rent, utilities, car payments and more. Case Managers also work with landlords and other community agencies to assist the work people are doing to achieve their goal of stable housing.
