What Nevada form do I need to apply for Rental Assistance? I will be renting a room in a family members home.

Good morning, My family and I are currently about to be homeless within this week. My family consist of my husband, my self, and our two children who are in high school. My husband and I are currently actively looking for permanent employment at the moment, but our dilemma now is that we have to find somewhere to stay by Thursday this week. Please advise with any resources you may have thank you. I can be reached at or 702-525-7568. Regards, Brandi Freeman

As for rental assistance: This office is not very helpful with finding resources, they offer 400$ to someone with no income who has a Nevada ID so they can "Pay a first months rent while waiting for a paycheck" They offer no help to someone in need of information or a small monthly help even if only 24$ to afford rent. Social services won't help you much after 400$ for the first month. If you can't afford rent you are better off seeking other means, religious or criminal.

I need rental asst.

Anonymous - Apr 17, 2020

I'm in desperate need of rental assistance. I'm two months behind and on May 1at it will be there months due. My wife and I are full time Uber and Lyft drivers and have not work because of the virus. We can't file unemployment yet and per the unemployment office the site for gig workers won't be available till mid May and that even isn't guaranteed. We are out of money and need help. Please advise what can be done. Thank you Charles Kessel
