The Community Action Programs Inner-City, Inc. is to identify and address the needs, problems and concerns of those in poverty and to enable the individually poor to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency. The mission obligates CAPIC to unite the public, private and low-income sectors of the communities of Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop and beyond with a common aim of providing creative programs.
