Hello, November 27, 2019 Our names are Tawnya Wilson & John Herbert. We recently moved to Sequim, WA in the hopes to begin a new life together, however, the road has taken us into a new journey as John had been diagnosed with Multi Myeloma Cancer. It has progressed as we are now in Seattle WA., staying at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Home for his everyday treatments. Before we chose this path, we were blinded by the duration of treatment and the whole processes. We thought by now we would be finished with all the procedures, to be back home and us both working. At this time, he has harvested his stem cells for the transplant, but the roads is far from over. After the bone marrow transplant, we will have to remain at the SCCA house for healing and I will have to be John's caregiver which again, I would be unable to work at this time as we rely on each other and have no other but us to take care of one another. This hardship has caused us a tremendously financial bind. Our rent and bills are coming due and some even past due which is not like us to be behind. It also is not like us to not work as that is what we have done our whole lives in supporting our families. We do not like to reach out for help as we are the ones who love helping others but we are not able to do that nor help ourselves at this time. We are kindly seeking help to get us through this difficult time and would greatly appreciate any offers that may be available. Sincerely, Tawnya Wilson & John Herbert
