Ravenwood mental health center provides financial assistance for emergency rent, mortgage, and utility payments to prevent eviction, foreclosure, and utility disconnections for indigent persons with mental illness. Can help with rental deposit in emergency situations where the client is at risk of homelessness. HOW SERVICE IS PROVIDED: On-site; by mail WHO QUALIFIES: Geauga County adults 18 or older with mental illness. Household income must be at or below 35 percent of the area median income in Geauga County. HOURS OF SERVICE: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm FEES: Free REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Will be notified upon intake, but should be prepared to provide billing statements and proof of income, as well as a clinical signature verifying diagnosis (Axis IDX). Provides mental health counseling and psychiatric services. Intake for Ravenwood services offered only at their main site. TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS: Located on the corner of Route 87 and Thompson Ave. - across from the Middlefield Cemetery. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY: ALL services accessible or available.
