Partnership Against Domestic Violence

Partnership Against Domestic Violence offers program called the homelessness prevention and rapid overworking program (hprp), is distributed on the basis of the formula used for the emergency housing subsidy program (ESG). Grant Recipients may provide rental assistance or services to eligible Program Participants who live or wish to live outside their jurisdiction. They may also fund subcommittees that serve persons located outside a jurisdiction, subcommittees that are located outside a jurisdiction and subcommittees that serve multiple jurisdictions. A beneficiary may establish stricter requirements, such as requiring HPRP funds to be spent within the jurisdiction or establishing a residence requirement, but the HUD does not establish such requirements.
